Oeno Maris Nights: Ixta Belfrage | 20th March | 7:30pm

£80.00

For our next Oeno Maris Nights, we are overjoyed to have Ixta Belfrage create a menu as only she can. We will convert into an intimately seated dining space, hand over the knives to Ixta, and prepare a multi-course meal highlighting Ixta’s signature style & our quality seafoods in front of you.

If you don’t happen to know Ixta already, she is a local cookbook author and recipe developer drawing inspiration from three countries she grew up travelling to, eating in, and obsessing over: Brazil (where her mother is from), Italy (where she lived as a child), and Mexico (where her granddad lived). She worked at the Ottolenghi Test Kitchen for five years and is the co-author of The New York Times bestselling book Flavour with Yotam Ottolenghi. In 2022 she published her first highly anticipated solo cookbook, Mezcla: Recipes to Excite, which was hailed as one of the best cookbooks of the year by Saveur, The Independent, and Bon Appétit, amongst others. Ixta is a contributing editor at Elle Magazine (UK) and has also written for The Guardian, Suitcase, and the live fire cooking magazine Pit. In 2021 and 2022 she was named “one of the most influential women in food” by Code Hospitality. @ixta.belfrage

Your ticket price includes the full set menu. On the evening, a drinks menu including our wines and sakes will be available for purchase.

Note: Due to the bespoke nature of this event, dietary restrictions can not be accommodated. Raw fish will be a focus. If you are buying a ticket & wish to be seated with another guest whom has purchased separately, do let us know in the comments at Check Out.
